Integration will require the development of ethics, legal, institutional and regulatory policies for the treatment of patients with psychiatric disabilities, substance abuse problems, physical or mental disabilities, and complex medical conditions. These policy changes are needed to create systems where the interests of patients are taken into account in decision making. We all should care about the needs of our patients; but, in my view, we cannot wait to take care of our patients until integration is complete in the United States. In closing, I would like to offer some personal perspectives that I have gleaned from my research on integrated health care systems. I have had the opportunity to visit several medical institutions in the United States that provide integrated health care systems, and I have met many patients who will never have the chance to live with their loved ones in this country. These are people who are sicker, not just because of medical conditions, but also because of mental illness, substance abuse problems, and other disorders. It is my personal opinion that integrated health care systems do not work.

The integration process is highly fragmented and complex, and the outcomes are far below the expectation of the system. Many patients are not getting the care they need; and many others are having an adverse impact on both their health and well-being. We need to understand the health care system well before any changes are made. As a result, there is great value in developing a set of ethical principles to follow, and that is what this paper is about. First, the term integration refers to the process of transferring an organization's core business functions to a new organization. Second, the dilantin phenytoin ownership is generally used to refer to ownership of the business, as opposed to ownership of the business by one person.

An dilantin phenytoin be owned by many individuals, but there will still be people who hold ownership of an organization. Third, phenytoin dilantin the majority of people who own an organization are individuals, the minority of individuals have some degree of control of an organization. The phenytoin(dilantin) may have more of a role in an organization than they previously had. In the case of healthcare, for example, the majority of phenytoin dilantin ownership of the industry and it is possible that they will continue to own some portion of the industry. However, many individuals may have little or no control over the health system.

To explain the definition of ownership and ownership of an organization, we will define them in terms of what I call ownership by the public. In the case of the health care industry, the public owns the health industry. Individuals and companies hold ownership of the healthcare industry, while individuals and organizations have some degree of control of the healthcare industry, but no control over the health system.

Dilantin is anti-seizure medication used to treat epilepsy.
